Orders

How quickly do you process orders?

We generally fulfill orders the same day or the next business day after the order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are generally processed on the next business day.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@teeshirtfy.com.

We will try to accommodate your request if the order has not already been fulfilled or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, we provide tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Where does Teeshirtfy ship?

We currently ship orders within the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $8.99 for orders under $100.

Orders totaling $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

How long does shipping take?

After your order has been fulfilled and shipped, standard delivery generally takes 3–5 business days.

Because orders are generally fulfilled the same day or next business day, the estimated total delivery time is approximately 3–6 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

What happens if my package is delayed?

Occasionally, carrier delays can occur. If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe or the tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us at info@teeshirtfy.com and we will help review the shipment.

Returns & Refunds

What is Teeshirtfy's return policy?

We offer a 60-day return window from the date your order was delivered for eligible items.

Returned products generally must be unused, unworn, clean, undamaged, and in their original condition.

How do I start a return?

Our team will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide appropriate assistance.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and normally take 3–7 business days after approval to process. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
